Who we’re looking for:

RoadSync is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team. As our Marketing Manager, you will be helping to drive company revenue by leading our inbound marketing and sales enablement programs to drive qualified leads to our sales team.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in building and executing measurable and successful demand generation programs/campaigns. We are looking for a self-starter who can both design and implement strategic demand generation programs.  If you’re highly motivated, metrics-oriented, and love delivering results, you’ll find a home with us!

What you’ll do:

  • Own demand generation programs designed to achieve qualified leads metrics.
  • Develop thematic multi channel integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, MQLs, pipeline and revenue.
  • Plan and execute quarterly demand generation plans leveraging a variety of channels including digital advertising/PPC, SEO, content marketing, lead nurture, events, webinars, content syndication, social media, sponsored content, etc.
  • Design and execute a lead nurture strategy that generates pipeline, re-surfaces leads, and accelerates opportunities.
  • Responsible for the marketing database (HubSpot), ensuring cleanliness and data integrity.
  • Develop and implement a segmentation strategy that enables us to deliver the right message to the right audience, increasing database engagement and reducing unsubscribes.
  • Draft copy, design and build compelling, conversion-focused landing pages for content, webinars and events that drive qualified leads.
  • Own marketing automation and the MQL lead management process.
  • Own KPIs, funnel dynamics and reporting for all demand generation activities with accountability for a monthly MQL quota.
  • Continuously research and leverage new distribution channels and manage vendor relationships.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 3-5 years experience in a similar role, focused on demand generation, preferably in a SaaS market environment.
  • Startup experience, required.
  • Intermediate to Advanced experience with marketing automation tools and customer relationship management tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce) and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, are all required.
  • Demonstrable experience in building a multi-channel demand generation engine
  • Demonstrated results in improving volume, conversion, and quality through the marketing and sales funnel.
  • Obsessed with metrics – monitor results of campaigns and then using those results to design new and better campaigns.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a high level of initiative.

Position Overview: The Account Executive will contribute to the growth of the company by selling our payment system to to truck-related repairs, towing, and maintenance merchants.

In this position, you will:

  • Connect with potential customers over the phone

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As an account executive you are in charge of generating new customers through cold calling, email communication and presenting online demos.

Develop a pipeline and advance sales through phone prospecting.

Prequalify prospects, build rapport, identify needs, educate and introduce solutions, present online demonstrations of RoadSync’s platform.

Document and update all activities in a CRM.

The role requires high level of integrity, accountability and superlative customer satisfaction. You are expected to consistently meet or exceed all daily, weekly and monthly sales objectives such as activity metrics and goals.

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Min of 2-5 years experience in merchant services, credit cards, specialty payments, SaaS, or telecom sales. Inside sales, outbound or call center experience are strongly preferred.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Demonstrable track record of successful sales.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills; able to develop strong relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Motivated to drive the growth in a fast paced environment.

Senior Full Stack Engineer

Who we’re looking for:

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for application development on both server and client-side applications. You are a strong problem solver, great teammate and well-rounded coder. You have a strong dislike for repetitive manual tasks and get a great deal of satisfaction automating them. 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop software for the RoadSync platform which includes SaaS and mobile applications
  • Write readable “clean code” and coach others to do the same
  • Plan and estimate as part of RoadSync’s Agile development process
  • Refactor the existing code base as you fix defects and add features
  • Build unit and integration tests for both new and existing code
  • Perform code reviews
  • Provide level 3 support to professional services and customer service teams
  • Contribute to architecture decisions
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies that improve RoadSync’s ability to serve customers

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 5+ years relevant work experience
  • 2+ years experience with React and Typescript
  • Experience working with web application backend using Go, Python or Ruby
  • Experience working with AWS services like EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, and SQS
  • Experience with relational databases and developing transactional software
  • A passion for using software to solve customer problems and reduce manual work
  • An understanding of how and why to design loosely coupled systems
  • Payments or accounting SaaS experience a plus

Business Development Representative

The BDR role directly supports our sales team–working closely with sales reps to drive sales results. Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling – our target prospects are more approachable over the phone. This role will require someone to make at least 100 phone calls per day. 
  • Communicate daily with prospects and clients
  • Prospect, educate, develop, and qualify potential accounts for sales reps
  • Assign new leads to sales reps
  • Diligently assist sales reps with administrative tasks
  • Be collaborative and ready to tackle new challenges each day
  • Challenge the status quo when you see opportunities for team improvement
