Who we’re looking for:

RoadSync is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team. As our Marketing Manager, you will be helping to drive company revenue by leading our inbound marketing and sales enablement programs to drive qualified leads to our sales team.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in building and executing measurable and successful demand generation programs/campaigns. We are looking for a self-starter who can both design and implement strategic demand generation programs.  If you’re highly motivated, metrics-oriented, and love delivering results, you’ll find a home with us!

What you’ll do:

  • Own demand generation programs designed to achieve qualified leads metrics.
  • Develop thematic multi channel integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, MQLs, pipeline and revenue.
  • Plan and execute quarterly demand generation plans leveraging a variety of channels including digital advertising/PPC, SEO, content marketing, lead nurture, events, webinars, content syndication, social media, sponsored content, etc.
  • Design and execute a lead nurture strategy that generates pipeline, re-surfaces leads, and accelerates opportunities.
  • Responsible for the marketing database (HubSpot), ensuring cleanliness and data integrity.
  • Develop and implement a segmentation strategy that enables us to deliver the right message to the right audience, increasing database engagement and reducing unsubscribes.
  • Draft copy, design and build compelling, conversion-focused landing pages for content, webinars and events that drive qualified leads.
  • Own marketing automation and the MQL lead management process.
  • Own KPIs, funnel dynamics and reporting for all demand generation activities with accountability for a monthly MQL quota.
  • Continuously research and leverage new distribution channels and manage vendor relationships.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 3-5 years experience in a similar role, focused on demand generation, preferably in a SaaS market environment.
  • Startup experience, required.
  • Intermediate to Advanced experience with marketing automation tools and customer relationship management tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce) and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, are all required.
  • Demonstrable experience in building a multi-channel demand generation engine
  • Demonstrated results in improving volume, conversion, and quality through the marketing and sales funnel.
  • Obsessed with metrics – monitor results of campaigns and then using those results to design new and better campaigns.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a high level of initiative.

Senior Full Stack Engineer

Who we’re looking for:

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for application development on both server and client-side applications. We’re looking for a strong problem solver and teammate and well-rounded coder. In this role, you will immediately contribute to the RoadSync platform which includes SaaS and mobile applications.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop top-notch applications, alongside engineering, design and product team members
  • Participate in work planning and estimating as part of the Agile software development process
  • Develop applications by the established SDLC to meet needs of product stakeholders
  • Build unit and integration tests around deliverable application code
  • Provide documentation of application code
  • Contribute to code reviews of peer development work
  • Provide support to professional services through bug-fixes and client implementation assistance
  • Build and maintain an understanding of the product platform and interactions between modules
  • Evaluate and present options on emerging technologies as they pertain to the core business and continuous innovation efforts.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 5+ years relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with front-end client scripting frameworks, such as React and jQuery
  • Experience working with web development platforms such as Go, Python or Ruby on Rails
  • An understanding of cloud services like AWS (e.g. EC2, S3, SQS, Cloudwatch, etc.) and tools like Docker and Redis
  • An understanding of relational or non-relational databases
  • High attention to detail including the ability to communicate effectively in a team environment and work within the constraints of a team
  • Payments or accounting SaaS experience a plus.

RoadSync is looking for an Operations Specialist to join our fast-growing team. As the Operations Specialist, you will lead the daily processing of checks through our internal banking system, utilizing custom-built software to ensure the accurate and timely deposit of fleet checks.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate with other team members to successfully process our daily checks with speed and accuracy using internal software tools
  • Maintain and update internal database records of check information and daily processing volumes
  • Build and maintain strong peer relationships within the team
  • Prioritize work in order to maintain daily operations based on unexpected tasks

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with High School degree
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office and other software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Versatility to perform other internal operational tasks as necessary

VP of Sales

Who we’re looking for

RoadSync is scaling quickly and we are looking to add a fantastic VP of Sales to energize and scale our rapidly growing sales team and fine-tune our Go-to-Market strategies.  This role is a key executive for the company and will have hand in our strategic direction and success.

What you’ll do

  • Love the idea of building a sales organization from the ground up while continuously improving our processes, team structure, and rep profile
  • Lead a high performing, high velocity sales team with a maniacal focus on delivering results
  • Experiment and develop winning sales strategies to improve revenue growth
  • Tune our pitch and message to sub-segments and decision-makers within our target market
  • Develop our approach by lead source (outbound vs. inbound), segment, and decision maker
  • Identify and implement lead nurturing and sales automation cadence and tools.
  • Develop sales funnel reporting, sales cadence, and sales process. Develop targets and measure KPIs 
  • Love being a teacher, coach, and developer of talent – build out sales training and onboarding program
  • Teach sales team to continuously learn, improve, and achieve company goals
  • Gather market feedback from prospects and filter and prioritize to inform product strategy
  • Select the right technologies and tools needed to support a fast-growing sales team

What we’re looking for

  • A proven team-builder capable of hiring, inspiring and motivating a world-class sales team
  • Skilled at sales planning and setting (and achieving) ambitious revenue plans
  • Experience leading sales in a high-velocity model (high-volume and high transaction)
  • Experience developing inbound and outbound sales programs
  • Experience selling SaaS or payments products to SMBs and smaller enterprises
  • B2B sales leadership experience in a company that has scaled rapidly
  • Have a passion for modernizing the logistics space and convincing customers to adopt new solutions and technologies
  • High degree of urgency
